Theta Chi Update 2025

Brothers,

There have been many changes (again) since my last post to these pages. Currently there is another new adminstration (new President will be anounced this fall), we have been engaging with them and have committed to assist with the Universities current direction. We have a few business items that need to be addressed and then we believe our National organization will be asked to re-establish our charter on campus. We are aiming at this fall to start the process. 

⁠Currently the house is phyically sound, one of our brothers, Chris Hatseras, is handling the maintenance of the systems as well as day-to-day upkeep. If you know Chris send him fraternity honors, he is is living up to our moto of a Helping Hand. 

⁠Dan Denys, class '77, has been instrumental on our legal and administrative front. His involvement has had him engaging with the University and the City. He has assisted both the University and the city with understanding our mutuial objectives and how we are aligned. Dan also has lived up to and beyond our moto; a Helping Hand. 

We would like to hear from you, and we would like to see you at 804 Union st supporting the next steps in our fraternity. We will be gathering at the house during homecoming, please plan to attend.
